Candidate must be familiar with engines and engine parts (high performance a plus), as well as how these parts integrate together and how different parts work inside an engine. This person must have the ability to think outside of the box to take an idea from concept to drawing in a reasonable amount of time. Associate degree or higher or equivalent experience required.
